Studies have shown that employers that institute practical and simple wellness programs result in more productive employees. Stress is reported as the number one factor for burnout with 75-80% of employees saying they need help coping with workplace stress.
At this luncheon, Cody from Northwest Personal Training will be discussing easy-to-implement tips that will help you achieve balance in your life, relieve tension, and provide you with the state of calm that we all desire.
Bio: Cody McHaney of Northwest Personal Training works with clients of all ages and fitness levels. He loves the challenge of working with a variety of different people, and while using the knowledge he has gained in the fitness industry and school. He excels with corrective exercise, making him very good at designing programs that put your body in balance with itself, while making you strong and fit without causing injury. Cody has an Associates Degree in Applied Science through the Clark College Fitness Trainer Program. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer with additional certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED. Like the entire NWPT team, he is always continuing his education to better serve the community.
