As Full-Charge Bookkeepers, we maintain complete accounting and payroll transactions. We provided adjusted trial balances, file federal and state payroll tax returns and compute related deposits. We record assets, leases and expenditures as well as perform the monthly bank reconciliation.
We are detail-oriented and able to organize financial information to accurately maintain the General Ledger which, is the second most valuable IRS audit defense for businesses. We can substantially prepare financial statements by trouble-shooting accounting problems and making necessary adjustments to the general ledger based on factual and calculated data.
Our organization also provides Business Consulting services specifically for start-up companies. We also prepare and file incorporation documents with the state and appropriate elections with the IRS for your company's chosen legal structure (Sole Proprietor, LLC, LLP, S-Corporation, C-Corporation or Non-Profit status).
